Our Pastor - Rev. Steve Petty

The first thing you notice about Steve is he is a large person, 6’6” tall and a full beard and mustache to go with it.

He brings 35 years of experience serving Methodist Churches in Southern California .  Steve has served churches in La Jolla, Julian, Ramona, La Mesa , San Clemente , Pasadena and is in his second year in Lompoc .

Steve is married to Linda and they have four children and two grandchildren.

He has always been active in communities where he serves and Lompoc is no different.  He is on the Board of the Good Samaritan Services of Santa Maria, and chairs the Lompoc Advisory Committee.  He is also on the Board of the Lane’s End Home Owners Association.  He serves as a Little League Umpire in Lompoc .  He also writes a weekly column “Look Again” for the Lompoc Record.

Steve enjoys gardening, and going to the movies with Linda.
